LNA General Meeting – Tues. Sept 8, 6:30 PM

The Laurelhurst Club, 3721 SE Ankeny St.

Come learn about possible changes coming to housing in the Inner Eastside (yes, Laurelhurst).

Guest speaker: Bill Cunningham, a City Planner with the Portland Bureau of Planning and Sustainability, will join us to discuss the Inner Eastside Zoning Project, a city initiative to encourage greater housing supply in the Inner Eastside. The initiative looks to expand beyond single-dwelling zoning and allow more housing types, including small apartment buildings. Laurelhurst falls within the study area, and while specific zoning changes are still being developed, this is a chance to learn more and ask questions directly.

You can also read more about the Inner Eastside Zoning Project in the September Newsletter, pg. 4.
